PMT Academy Module 5- Safety Training

         Enable participants to design, deliver, and sustain effective safety training programs for drivers and staff using data-driven insights and adult learning principles. Module Description This module focuses on building effective, ongoing safety training programs that improve driver performance, strengthen compliance, and support a positive safety culture. Participants learn how to identify training needs using operational and compliance data—including accident trends, violations, and CSA performance—and translate those insights into targeted, impactful training initiatives.
