Recruiting the next generation of truck drivers
It’s no secret to fleets that recruiting and retaining truck drivers can be challenging. The American Trucking Associations estimates that the industry is approximately 80,000 drivers short and that that number will continue to grow.
Knowing how to approach the next generation when it comes to driver recruiting could be the difference in successfully hiring new drivers who stick around.
