About Me Cindy Barlow is the Director of Industry Relations for WyoTech in Laramie Wyoming. Cindy has always had a strong passion for the trades, and a personal commitment to bringing people together to accomplish great outcomes. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University she demonstrates daily, the importance of collaboration by successfully connecting businesses across the nation, focused in the Diesel, Automotive and Collision fields, by developing strong long-lasting partnerships for WyoTech. Her efforts are moving the industry forward through her position with WyoTech and together, they are directly impacting the next generation of technicians entering the workforce nationwide.

Along with her track record as a successful business owner and leader, Cindy served her community as an elected official for 12 years. She the Owner and President of Antelope Creek Outfitting, LLC, and she is a strong supporter of the American Truck Maintenance Council, serving as a member of the TMC Scholarship committee, she has also served for the last three years as the Industry Chairperson for Wyoming CTE.
