Jim Lana We are currently working with a customer on Warranty Policies and Procedures. In doing so, I am reviewing their work orders to determine the amount and quality of their documentation to see if they can increase their warranty recovery. What I have found is that they are not documenting the repair well enough to easily assess the work orders and determine if work done should be something to apply for warranty or not. Even though they are using VMRS codes on the work orders, they are using them inconsistently, and often incorrectly.
