Reasonable Suspicion (in conjunction with the North Coast Trucking Summit)

       Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) drug and alcohol testing rules, including how to recognize physical, behavioral, speech, and performance-related indicators of possible substance use. The session also includes guidance on proper documentation procedures required to remain compliant with DOT standards. Participants are required to bring a current copy of the FMCSR.
