Topics will include a review of 49 CFR, Part 395, related interpretations and exemptions, along with work projects on familiarization and auditing a driver's record of duty status (logbook). We will discuss Personal Conveyance in detail. Attendees are encouraged to bring a copy of their policy. This seminar will also address ELD Regulations. This class is aimed for the entry level supervisor looking for a solid understanding of Hours of Service as well as anyone who needs a refresher or wants to update themselves on regulation changes of which they may be unaware. This will be less lecture and more interactive.
