Many ways it can go wrong, but the example shared here is one where it was successful. We should celebrate success and the innovative thinking. Many software projects start like this at MVP stage, safety and security are not where software projects start, but at minimum viability and time to value. If we accept software MVP , we should accept this :-) ...

This is a safety hazard.  The crew is lucky no one got hurt, or any property was damaged.

I am wondering what happens on the highway when this truck hits a pot hole or negotiates a difficult turn. I surely don't want to be anywhere around this vehicle.
